Our Team

My name is Rosie Santana and I am the owner at Snippz Barber and Beauty. I have been in the hair industry since 2007 and started during high school with close friends and family. As I grew more experienced, I went to beauty school as a cosmetologist and right after, I enrolled in a barbering program. Being behind the chair with a pair of scissors or clippers is my calling in life. From there, my love and passion for this industry has now become Snippz today.

What are your favorite haircuts?

For the gentleman, I love skin fades and beard trims. For the ladies, I love scissor work where I can add layering. Whether it's long or short, curly or straight, I love getting creative with it.

My Name is Samuel Garcia and I come from a family of barbers. I have been cutting hair since I was 16. My favorite thing about barbering is that I can be creative with my own personal style. My favorite haircut to do is the razor shave of the face and head.

What does perfect customer service look like to you?

Perfect customer service is greeting the clients as they walk in. Having a thorough consultation on what they are trying to do with their hair or look. Making the client feel comfortable, talking to them as I'm cutting the hair and getting to know more about them. But most importantly I make sure they leave happy.

Hi I’m Irma or u can call me Safari too,

I have been doing hair for 13 years now since 2009 and I love every second of it, the thing that always interested me about doing hair is how creative I can get with every haircut, style, color,or service.

My favorite thing about doing hair is the expressions I get from my clients when I'm done with their service , the expression on their face of joy and satisfaction is priceless that's what I look forward to everyday when I get to work. I don't really have a favorite haircut but as for a men's cut I love being very detailed especially with the straight blade, and for woman I love doing color I love being able to be creative with different colors and having the outcome be amazing it's one of the best feeling ever.

I love what I do I always do my best on giving my clients what they want I listen carefully and I ask as many questions as I need to give them what they want so they can have a great experience while sitting on my chair and that to me is a great way to give customer service.

My name is JoeI!

I started barbering one day because my little brother came home from Wal-Mart with some clippers and asked me to cut his hair. I started cutting his hair up, and then his friends asked me to cut theirs, and pretty soon, I was cutting my whole family’s hair, including my cousins.

My favorite part about being in this industry is all the hairstyles. There are so many, and it feels like as soon as you learn one, more start to appear. But I love that—I’m never doing just a single, plain hairstyle. My favorite cuts are skin fades. I love to add every last detail to the cut.

When I’m not at the barbershop, I like to look up new and different techniques for cutting as well as what the new styles are so I can keep up with my industry. Other than that, I like to hit the gym and meditate to make sure I keep my mind clear.

Hello my name is Lorena

I been doing hair for 18 years. I started in the industry at age of 20 and was really interested in making people feel amazing and look their best. Marinello School Of Beauty is where I took cosmetology and became a certified.

Where it all started

I started in a salon first and introduced into barbering after two years of doing women’s hair. I felt very excited and nervous working in a barber shop. As I became better and more confident with my skill set as a barber. I started working at Paul Mitchell and now at Snippz where we specialize in both men and woman hair.

Hi I’m Jelly

I started my career as a cosmetologist. Once I started working, I quickly fell in love with barbering.

I’ve been working in this industry since 2012, and it’s brought me so much joy. Customer service is very important to me, and I always listen carefully to what my clients want. Everyone needs a little boost of confidence, and that’s what I intend to do when I provide any service.

My favorite kind of cuts are tapers and fades. Personally, I like anything that challenges me and takes focus.

In my free time, I enjoy going to shows/concerts – music plays a huge part in my life. I’m also a mom and enjoy spending time with my family.

Hello My name is Victor.

I got started in the industry cutting my own hair during high school. Soon, I started cutting my friends’ hair and other people I knew in school. Eventually, I decided to enroll in barber school to get my license and I’ve never looked back.

What I love most about this work is all the different ways you can change a person’s appearance—whether it’s a hair color change, a change to a shorter or longer hairstyle, or even a chemical change like a perm, I love when my clients leave my chair feeling just as good as their hair looks.

My favorite haircuts are the traditional types that are coming back into style and incorporating more modern elements, such as cutting hair longer hair on top and doing really close skin fades on the sides. I also enjoy razor fades and traditional hot towel shaves.

When I’m not cutting hair, I like to cook and be around friends and family, and I like to spend time learning new and different ways to make myself more efficient and effective as a barber.

Hi i’m Alex, they call me FUZE

When I was in high school, my friend Vincent used to cut my hair at my house. One day, he needed a model for a job interview, so I went along and let him cut my hair. He got hired, and he mentioned that the shop owner needed another barber. I went in knowing nothing at all, but took notes at the shop every day after school, and eventually, the owner noticed the effort I was putting in and finally put me to work on the floor at 14 years old.

My favorite part about this work is trying out new cuts or designs. Whether I'm trying to master something new or getting to know new clients, I'm always just trying to gain a lot of knowledge within this industry.

My favorite cuts involve any kind of freestyle design with a fade–pretty much anything that flows together, as well as anything that has volume in the realm of longer hairstyles.

Outside of barbering, I like to spend my time with my family as well as take my wife and kids out to explore and try new places or new activities. I try to learn as much as I can as a father, and I'm happy as long as my wife and I are exploring at the same time my little ones get to explore.
